精進湖（しょうじこ）は、山梨県南都留郡富士河口湖町にある湖。富士五湖のひとつで、西から2番目、東から4番目にあたる。富士箱根伊豆国立公園の特別地域内にある。
同じ富士五湖の西湖、本栖湖と同一の水脈を有しているので水面標高も同じく約900mで、湖水の水位が連動する傾向がある。最大水深は15.2mで河口湖と並び3番目の深さ。0.5平方キロメートルと五湖中でもっとも湖水面積が狭く、流入河川および流出河川はない。
2013年（平成25年）6月22日、「富士山-信仰の対象と芸術の源泉」の構成資産（富士山域）の一つとして、世界文化遺産（日本の文化遺産としては13箇所目）に登録された。
