信玄堤（しんげんつつみ）は、山梨県甲斐市竜王にある堤防である。霞堤（かすみてい）。戦国時代に甲斐の守護、戦国大名である武田信玄（晴信）により築かれたとされる。史料上では「竜王川除場」と記されており、「信玄堤」の呼称は江戸時代後期から見られ、近代以降に一般化した。また、霞堤をはじめ「信玄堤」と呼ばれる堤防は武田氏以降のものを含め県内各地にも存在する（『甲斐国志』に拠る）。
